IMPORTanT INFORMATION FOR FILE DESIGN

• Full Colour Files - Must be cmyk
• Spot Colour Files - Must be pantone coated / uncoated
• Black only Files - Must be Grayscale or Bitmaps

• 1. When using a template use one template for each badge artwork.
• 2. All templates are supplied in cmyk mode, when dealing with black and white or grayscale images templates should be converted to grayscale prior to dragging the art work into the template.
• 3. When using a template in photoshop, you must put your file into the template, size the image as needed noting that the badge face is marked in red and must not be exceeded.
• 4. All artwork beyond the red circle (badge face) will be considered as bleed, the bleed must extended to the black outer key-line.
• 5. When using Adobe Illustrator any images used must be converted to cmyk or grayscale prior to placing in Illustrator.
• 6. Once the badge is ready you can save the badge in any of the formats supported, the red circle must not be showing and the canvas size must remain the same as the template. To reduce file size you can delete unwanted layers.
